Living Room has fireplace with gas logs, big-screen T.V., and V.C.R.

Half-bath off of entrance into living room.

Perry Room:  Large reception room - adjoins dining room.

Kitchen with breakfast nook.

Laundry Room.

Upstairs:

Jordan Room: Queen-sized bedroom with day-bed and T.V.

Jessica Room: Queen-sized bedroom with T.V.

Kisha Room:  Queen-sized bedroom with T.V.

Tyler Room:  Twin-sized bedroom with T.V.

2 Full baths and large sitting area.

All dishes, cookware, linens, catering items, etc. will remain with the house.  Lawnmowers will also remain with the house.

Bed & Breakfast consists of 7 bedrooms: 3 King, 3 Queen, and 1 Twin; 5 full baths and 1 half bath; living room; kitchen with breakfast nook; formal dining room adjoins reception room; utility room; facilities for showers, teas, weddings, etc.

Private living quarters consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and den.

Current room rates are: King - $100.00 per night.  Twin and Queen - $75.00 per night.
Possible income if worked year round:
3 King - 100.00 x 3 x 365 = $109,500.00
4(Queen & Twin) x 4 x 75.00 x 365 = $109,500.00
